Business Registration with the State of Florida

Our donation-supported services include preparing and filing forms with the Florida Secretary of State, following the specified requirements. Please note that all filing fees imposed by the State of Florida will be the responsibility of the individual requesting these services.

  • Name search. When conducting a name search, the customer must provide a name that distinguishes the new entity from other businesses with similar phonetic sounds. Submitting the application does not guarantee approval in the final review process. If the application is denied, a revised application will be required; however, there will be no additional honoraria charges for this.
  • Registered Agent Appointment. A Florida resident or registered business in Florida must be appointed by the customer as Registered Agent.
  • Business Structure Selection: The choice of business structure in Florida depends on several factors, including the number of participants, management simplicity, liability protection, the citizenship status of members or shareholders, scalability, and the size of the required investment, commercial or professional purpose.
  • Registration forms. Depending on your selection, you must file either Articles of Organization (for an LLC) or Articles of Incorporation (for a Corporation), the preparation and filing of which, in both cases, is covered by the service fee.
  • The filing fees for LLCs are $160$, while for corporations, the fees are $87.50. Additionally, please note that a merchant processing fee of 3% applies and is included in your final payment. Filing will be completed once HWC has received and confirmed the total disbursement for state fees and any suggested donation.

Please reach out to request a quote for any other type of businessv registration not listed above.
